Edooqate provides web and mobile-based software solutions for educational institutes, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, libraries, NGOs, social organizations, businesses, companies, job portals, recruiters, product and inventory businesses, e-commerce businesses, delivery and logistics operations, and other organizations.

By accessing or using Edooqate websites, web applications, mobile applications, software, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Use of the Service

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.
• Organizations and businesses are responsible for ensuring that information entered into Edooqate has been collected and used lawfully.
• You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.
• You must not use Edooqate for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

2. Accounts and Organization Access

• Account owners and administrators are responsible for managing users, employees, members, permissions, and access within their organization.
• You must keep login credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe that the account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Attendance, Location & Tracking

Edooqate may provide attendance, employee location, delivery tracking, and other location-based features. Use of these features is subject to applicable laws and the permissions or authorization required on the relevant device.

Organizations using these features are responsible for informing their employees, delivery partners, members, or other users about applicable tracking and attendance practices where required.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

• Certain Edooqate features or services may require a paid subscription or other applicable charges.
• Subscription pricing, duration, renewal terms, and applicable taxes or charges may vary depending on the selected plan.
• Users and organizations are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information where required.
• Any payment, refund, cancellation, or renewal terms applicable to a specific plan or service will be communicated through the relevant service or agreement.

5. Products, Orders & Delivery Services

Where Edooqate is used for product, inventory, e-commerce, order, or delivery management, organizations are responsible for the accuracy of product information, prices, stock records, customer information, order details, delivery instructions, and related business data entered into the platform.

Edooqate provides software and management functionality and does not automatically become the seller, buyer, carrier, or delivery provider in transactions performed by third-party organizations using the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Job Portal & Recruitment Services

Where Edooqate provides job portal or recruitment-related functionality, employers, recruiters, candidates, and other users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they submit.

Edooqate does not guarantee employment, hiring, candidate selection, or the outcome of any recruitment process conducted through the platform.

7. NGO and Organization Management

NGOs and other organizations may use Edooqate to manage members, volunteers, activities, projects, donations, and organizational operations. The organization is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate handling of information entered into the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, platform features, designs, interfaces, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, content, and technology provided by Edooqate are owned by or licensed to Edooqate Tech Solution Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Edooqate may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, mapping services, communication providers, analytics services, authentication services, advertising services, payment providers, or other external technologies.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Edooqate available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, network failures, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. User Content and Data

You or your organization retain responsibility for the information and content you submit to the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit and process such information.

You must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, malicious, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

12. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or systems.
• Scanning, testing, or attacking the platform without authorization.
• Introducing viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
• Using automated methods in a way that disrupts or abuses the service.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, permissions, subscriptions, or security controls.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where a user or organization violates these Terms, creates a security risk, engages in abusive or unlawful activity, fails to comply with applicable agreements, or otherwise threatens the operation or safety of the platform or its users.

Organizations may also manage or terminate access for their own users according to their account administration and authorization policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edooqate and Edooqate Tech Solution Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and records of information that they consider important, subject to any applicable service agreement.

15. Privacy

Your use of Edooqate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, features, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
